October 31, 2007 - Tomorrow is the beginning of my journey to a healthier lifestyle. I am in my early twenties and have over 100 pounds to lose. I have tried (unsuccessfully) to lose the weight before and I am hoping by keeping a journal and meeting supportive people through livejournal combined with other tracking methods and determination that I will be able to do this. I do not have any journal entries yet because I am hoping to meet some accountability buddies and join a few communities before I start posting so there won't be a number of posts to go back through if you add me as a friend :] Just wanted to post this so you know I'm not a troll.
